And last but not least - THE MARGARITA.
I cook a lot.
I also drink margaritas a lot. 
Probably more than I actually cook.
Sometimes both simultaneously.
{Makes for great dishes. I highly advise cooking while drinking - plus its legal!}
Anyway, i thought i would start my recipe collection with my incredibly scrumptious and easy to make -  {Margarita on the rocks}.
Check back often as this will be the place i archive my dishes.....with everything from Pineapple  Pasta w/ asparagus in a tomato, white wine cream sauce to Lemon Breaded Fried Chicken, Macaroni and Cheese Casserole, Tequila Lime Chicken Fajitas and much more!
Margarita on the Rocks

White/Blanco Tequila
Triple Sec
Green Tequila Mix {just trust me}
Margarita Salt

  1. With large cup or shaker, go to freezer and then fill that mofo with ice cubes.
  2. Pour  1/4 cup WHITE / BLANCO Tequila over the ice. Then add a little more.
  3. Add a Splash of Triple Sec.
  4. Pour 3/4 cup of GREEN TEQUILA MIX {Seriously....just buy the green mix. It's awesome.}
  5. Cut limes and squeeze a few wedges in there. 
  6. Then throw them in the cup.
  7. With a slightly slimmer glass or shaker top, shake the hell out of that thing. {Think ShakeWeight - and it gives you a workout too!}
  8. Take a fresh dry glass and rub a lime wedge {with a slit cut in it} around the rim. 
  9. Stick the rim in margarita salt.
  10. Pour the freshly shaken margarita into glass. Add more ice.
  11. DRINK IT. LOVE IT. HAVE ANOTHER!
